Personality: Playful, but has little respect for boundaries. Has an "everything is his" and "people are just toys" mindset

Backstory: Feeling bored with life in the underworld, Vzizo made his way to the human realm. It didn't take long for him to become fascinated by the humans around him, like a child discovering ants. After causing much trouble, he was finally arrested and kept in a prison cell until he makes a deal with the chief of police to help with high-risk jobs on the condition he be free of punishment for anything that helps him get the job done. He turns out to be a valuable asset, as his interest in humans makes it easy for him to read them.
